Little Wave Media provides marketing and creative services including but not limited to website design, email marketing, content creation, branding, and digital strategy for small businesses and nonprofits.

All services are tailored specifically to client needs and outlined in individual contracts or proposals. Any changes to services must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Payments

Payment terms are clearly outlined in your proposal or contract. Projects typically require a deposit or installment payments. Late payments may incur a fee or delay project timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom content, designs, and materials created by Little Wave Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, rights are transferred to the client, excluding any licensed third-party assets.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information, feedback, and approvals

  • Supply accurate, complete, and lawful content or data

  • Meet agreed deadlines for deliverables and communication

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a project with written notice. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on hours worked and expenses incurred. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or website after changes indicates acceptance.

We never share your personal information with these services beyond what’s needed to complete your project or manage communication.
